Al Habtoor Motors Aftersales wins top honors at the Mitsubishi Aftersales Business Excellence AwardsJune 16, 2022
Al Habtoor Motors, the authorized distributor of Mitsubishi in UAE, won the Platinum Award from Mitsubishi Motors Middle East and Africa for its outstanding parts sales, after-sales service, and customer care. The award was presented on 24th May 2022 to Mr Ahmed Khalaf Al Habtoor, CEO of Al Habtoor Motors by Mr Peter Frangos, GM Aftersales marketing of Mitsubishi Motors Middle East in the presence of the senior management team from Al Habtoor and Mitsubishi.
The Business Excellence Awards program evaluates the distributors in the Middle East and Africa region in multiple business areas like Parts & Service Business Revenue, Business Development Initiatives, Customer Experience, and Operational Excellence. Al Habtoor Motors Aftersales scored a phenomenal 982 points out of 1000 to reach the top position among the Mitsubishi distributors in the Middle East and Africa region.
